We always try our best to supply you with best products and service. About return policy , pls see below detail:
1) We mainly use EMS ( internation express delivery way) to delivery products , and it will cost 4-7 days to reach you, after your order delivered , we will send you an email and tell the EMS tracking number
2) We accept the return if we make the wrong size for the costume. Customer need send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give a full refund or we will replace new ones and ship back to customer. We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer. Sometimes, some fabric's color and accessories is restricted by the market's supply, we will use similar instead,but the quality is still kept original, if buyer is very sensitive in this point, pls think it over and then decide buy or not.
3) We don't accept the return of color diffierence. We always try best to make same color with the picture here, but because of computer 's screen diffierence bring diffierent result, people see the picture's color maybe little diffierence. all these are potential reasons that maybe bring the color little diffierence. If customer is very sensitive in this point, pls think it over and then decide buy or not.
4) Each costume will be checked seriously before shipment in our side , it's so sorry for we won't accept your wear out after you fitting and man-made. So please check it carefully when received.
